If you receive an incorrect item in any order due to our error we will replace it without charge and we will refund shipping charges for the return of the incorrect item. To arrange an exchange of an incorrect item please contact us. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If the item you purchased was unusable due to manufacturer's defects or damaged during shipment you may return it within 30-days for replacement of the exact same item. To arrange an exchange please contact us using the information at the top of this page. We will accept the return of any merchandise that is determined to be defective for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products that are unopened and returned for reasons other than those stated above will also be accepted for return within 30 days from the date of purchase, but a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.
Due to FDA regulations regarding cross contamination and the resale of medical supplies and devices we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. To avoid this, we make every effort to help you to be sure of sizes and features of items prior to purchase. Please call us if you have any questions about your order.
** Special Note about Mask Sizes => Purchasing a CPAP mask via the internet poses unique challenges. You cannot physically try on a mask prior to purchase to test fit and comfort. We realize this, and we are very willing to help if you have questions about mask sizing. Please do not assume that you will require the same size in a different model as your current mask. They do not always correspond. Many of the manufacturers have mask fitting guides on their web sites - we highly recommend that you utilize these guides if possible.
