This is the Ultra Mirage II nasal cpap mask frame with the standard size cushion. This part does not include the blue headgear straps.

This is the same mask I have used for 20+ years, so there is little chance I would not like it. However, the price is a very nice change and I will be back.

Can you please confirm that this mask includes a standard size cushion and plastic clip to hold the cushion on the mask? Thank you!

Yes, this includes the cushion size thats listed with the clip. Its everything except the headgear/strap.
