If you are purchasing a new CPAP, Auto CPAP or BiLevel (BiPAP) machine, humidifier or an oxygen concentrator, then federal law requires that we receive a copy of a prescription written by your doctor. A sleep study report does not qualify as a prescription. Also, the purchase of complete CPAP masks does require a prescription.
(*** Note that the component parts that make up the mask DO NOT require a prescription! ***)
The prescription must state that it is for CPAP therapy and at what pressure your machine should be set. If you are purchasing a standard CPAP machine (one that operates at a constant pressure), then the prescription must show one pressure setting, which is generally a number between 4 and 20 and measured in cm of H2O. If you are purchasing an Auto CPAP machine, then your prescription must state two different pressures: A low (minimum) pressure setting and a high (maximum) pressure setting. If you are purchasing a BiLevel machine, then your prescription must state two pressure settings: An inspiratory (IPAP) setting and an expiratory (EPAP) setting. If you are purchasing an Oxygen Concentrator, the prescription should have the flow rate stated in Liters per minute.
Prescriptions can be faxed to us at 888-469-2555, or we can accept a scanned copy of your prescription by emailing it to us at
[email protected]
.
Please note that orders for machines, concentrators, or complete masks will NOT be shipped until we receive a copy of your prescription!

Customer Reviews
The DeVilbiss/Somnotech EasyFit/Soyala Full Face mask is a recent addition to the U.S. CPAP market, and it offers all of the great features of the EasyFit/Soyala nasal mask in a full face design. DeVilbiss/Somnotech has unveiled several innovative features in its design that will make it attractive to many full face mask users. The silicon cushion was designed through extensive computer analysis of human facial characteristics, and it provides an excellent seal. The exhalation vent is whisper quiet and designed to direct air in a way that will make it less intrusive to bed partners as well. The Forehead support has locking notches that allow the user to easily change the angle, but it locks down and will not change during the night. It is also less likely to break easily than some other masks on the market.
Product Features:
Positional forehead support that won't inadvertently change during the night.
Full 360
o
swivel enables the patient to move freely while sleeping.
Extremely quiet exhaust port.
Light weight - mask weighs about 5 ounces.
Headgear is included with this mask

hard to work out
the first time for full face, and now, not a fan, it works but a little uncomfortable, used for a few days and started to get better, but rather use the other masks, will use as backup, but it works and is still a good mask in itself, just not really used to the concept.

The mask itself is nice. The fitting was perfect as per the sizing guide. However, I had never used a full face mask before, and I wanted to try it out. The seal is pretty good, but the mask is uncomfortable with the blowing of the air. Just doesn't feel good. I am going back to my nasal pillows. For me, that type of mask is the most comfortable. I may keep the full face mask as a back up.
