Currently, BestCPAPprice.com will only ship to addresses within the United States of America or Canada. Please note that Fisher & Paykel, ResMed and Respironics products are for sale/shipment in the US only.
Shipping Carriers - We ship orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). For orders that qualify for free shipping, BestCPAPprice.com reserves the right to specify which of the above carriers will be used. In general, masks that qualify for free shipping will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail, and CPAP machines will be shipped via FedEx Ground (business addresses only) or FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses). Please keep in mind that all machines, and all orders over $200.00 will require an indirect signature upon delivery, so please make sure someone is there to sign for your package when it arrives. All orders will be shipped with tracking information that will be emailed to you as soon as it is shipped.
Shipping to Canada - Customers have the choice of USPS International Priority Mail or International First Class Mail for orders going to Canadian addresses. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout after the shipping address is entered. Priority Mail usually takes 5 - 7 days to reach its destination. Keep in mind that International First Class Mail, while inexpensive, can take 3 to 4 weeks to reach its destination. If you are in a hurry for your order, we do not recommend this shipping method!
BestCPAPprice's central Midwest location means that more than 85% of the largest metropolitan areas are within three days delivery time via standard FedEx or USPS ground shipping. Over 50% of the US population is within two days delivery time.
Same-Day Shipping -- Most orders received before 5:00PM (Eastern time zone) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock and a valid prescription is on file for products that require a prescription. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Please note that orders that are shipped via USPS Priority Mail must be received by 4:00 PM. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Free Shipping - Free ground shipping is available for all orders that have a total of $100.00 or more. Free shipping is available in the 48 contiguous states only - Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands orders are excluded from this offer.
FedEx Ground Shipping - Please select this option only if you are specifying a business address. FedEx's Ground service is a separate division from their Home Delivery service, and they will not deliver via Ground Shipping to a residential address. Your shipment may be delayed due to the extra processing to convert it to the FedEX Home Delivery division.
