Respironics EncoreViewer Software Ver 2.0 and USB Card Reader for M-Series and REMstar

Respironics' Encore Viewer software allows information from the Respironics SmartCard to be downloaded directly to your computer for detailed analysis and reporting of the date, time and duration of each session. Additionally, both the REMstar Pro M Series and the REMstar Auto M Series record leak, apnea / hypopnea index and snoring. This package also includes the USB SmartCard reader that attaches to any USB port on your computer, complete with manuals and installation CD.

Intended Use

EncoreViewer is intended for use by the end users (patients) using Respironics sleep therapy devices to view their compliance and sleep therapy information in the form of detailed on-screen and printable reports. This software does not delete or modify data on the Encore SmartCard.

Windows-compatible PC with Pentium III or later processor running Windows XP Home SP2 or greater, or Windows Vistar Home or greater
Color monitor with 16-bit color and at least 800x600 resolution.
256 MB system memory
50 MB free hard disk space
Windows-compatible pointing device (mouse)
Windows-supported USB port or PCMCIA slot

Also requires a USB SmartCerd Reader (PN 1014352) or PCMCIA SmartCard Reader (PN 1014353) to copy therapy data from the SmartCard to your computer (included with this package).

** Please Note - when installing the SmartCard reader, do not use the driver disc that is supplied with the reader. This driver is for use with the EncorePro software only. Instead, the correct driver for EncoreViewer is contained on the same disc as the EncoreViewer software, and is automatically installed when you run the installation program. You will only need to connect the card reader to your USB port after running the installation wizard.

	I replaced my full Fisher & Paykel HC-432 Face Mask with an X-Large size. I also purchased the Respironics Encore Viewer Software and Reader for my Respironics BiPAP/Auto respirator. I installed my software and reader yesterday, and used my new X-Large Face Mask last night. I noticed a great improvement in my sleep, and the software illustrated that I had extreme Large Leakage with my old mask for many months, my therapy was severely compromised. The new mask has no Large Leakage.
