Forehead piece to nose piece connection is of poor design-breaks easily. Your service has been great and quick. RKN |

Unfortunately the mask queals "makes a high pitched noise due to air leaking" due to a defect at the hose attachment. I was only able to use the mask once.

I have used this mask for years now; roughly 8 years now.
I have always had good luck with this mask and find it to be very comfortable. And they have always lasted me well past the recommended 6-month replacement period. That really helps when you have limited funds.
I would recommend this mask for anyone who needs a full face mask. I do have to admit 1 thing though.
If I could afford the cost, I would really love to use the Comfortfull Gel Full Face mask. |

The mask in general is comfortable with minimal air leaks, however, on several occasions while making small adjustments during the night the clip on the forehead cushion disengages. I've been using this mask for about 2 weeks so maybe I just have to get a bit more used to its nuances. |

Thanks very much for having the best price for my CPAP supplies... I went online and checked several websites. Customer Service rep was very helpful and my order was delivered to my front door within a couple of days! |
