Just like the proven REMstar® Auto device, the BiPAP Auto with Bi-Flex uses a multi-level algorithm that measures instances of flow limitation to make systematic, subtle changes in pressure and assesses the impact of these changes on the patient's breathing patterns. It can also determine how much of a response is necessary to eliminate events and position the patient with a more appropriate pressure, as well as compensate for elevated leak levels. Teamed with the power of Bi-Flex, the algorithm creates a sleep therapy tool that is automatically easier for non-compliant patients to accept.

The Digital Auto-Trak™ algorithm makes therapy more natural by tracking, and reacting to, a patient's natural breathing pattern. It can detect the point of inhalation and exhalation in every breath, allowing the combination of Bi-Flex and auto adjusting pressure to make each breath more comfortable.

Encore® Pro SmartCard technology records detailed compliance and efficacy information giving clinicians insight into a patient's therapy regimen. Data management is more efficient, and reports are easily accessible for reading and sharing among physicians/clinicians, homecare providers and patients.
