The phone Customer Service for ordering replacement parts is VERY good. The people are VERY helpful.
However, the PRICE is EXTREMELY high!!! I must order the RedMed full face replacement cushions 2-3 times a year. They cost 54.00 each. We have no insurance. YIKES!!!
