I used the Resmed DC converter with a Goal Zero Sherpa 120 battery. I found that with the converter, the battery lasted me 3 eight hour nights. The battery still had 20% capacity after three nights so it may have gone on a little longer. When I used an AC inverter the battery only lasted 2 nights. So it fulfilled my expectations that running DC would be more efficient (by one third). I am happy with the product. Thanks. Charlie |

Does as advertised works with a 12v cigarette lighter to work the S9 machine. Say goodbye to campsites tied to 120V power. This combined with one of the portable batteries = freedom. I went on a three day motorcycle trip and loved every minute of it including my sleep. |

I was disappointed when I received my battery and there was no adapter for my CPAP - yet another expense to make my battery more than a door stop. Two days after the expensive adapter arrived, we had an overnight power outage - I slept right through it thanks to the battery and adapter. The next night the same thing happened. What would have been 2 nights without sleep were restful instead. It was worth a million bucks when I needed it. Everything works perfectly. |

This product saved my camping season. I bought a 10' adapter to extend it from the car's connection to inside our tent. The machine ran flawlessly our entire trip and used very little battery power. We simply started the car in the morning, let it idle for a few minutes, and we were ready to go for the next night. I am so happy I purchased this adapter. |
