One Forehead support for DeVilbiss EasyFit or the Somnotech Soyala CPAP mask. This is the OEM forehead support and fits both the nasal and full face mask. Devilbiss Healthcare is now the sole distributor for the Soyala mask. The mask and parts remain essentially the same but it is now called an EasyFit instead of Soyala.
