This is the original equipment power supply for the Respironics M-series CPAP and BiPAP machines.  This power supply will automatically adapt to both U.S. 110v current and international 230/240v current. 

 

This power supply will not work for the older Respironics "Legacy" machines.  It is not designed for use with DC Battery systems - see the REMstar DC Power Cable for connecting your machine to a 12V cigarette power supply.
